1-1 Interview
- Part 1 - Competency
- Part 2 - Individualised, role specific interview
The face-to-face interview is a process which practically every individual will go through at some point in their career. This is your opportunity to sell yourself. Competency questions and role specific questions can, and should, be prepared for so that you ensure your application ticks all the assessors' boxes. This interview exercise with a Graduate assessor will help you practice typical interview questions for the role you've applied for and help you work on your interview technique. You'll receive feedback on your performance during the session and have chance to address any other concerns you have about the interview process. We aim to make practice interviews as similar to the real thing as possible so come prepared with examples and reasons for why your chosen sector interests you.
Participating in this session will enable you to:
- Approach graduate interviews with greater confidence and experience.
- Understand typical competency questions that employers will ask you in graduate interviews.
- Demonstrate skills and competencies effectively to graduate recruiters.
- Evaluate and improve your performance at graduate interviews with the help of feedback.
