Telephone interviews are used by the majority of leading graduate employers as a way of dramatically reducing the number of applicants that they invite to an assessment centre. Interviews focus on competency based questions, with an additional small section on the specific program. The majority of telephone interviews use a standard scoring system that can be practiced and improved to help secure you a place at an assessment centre. The telephone interview will be tailored to your specific application as styles and methodology vary across companies and sectors.p>
